The company Smartdata is a trading company specializing in the development and delivery of software solutions.

The Company processes personal data in the framework of ensuring its activities and the Company is in the position of a personal data controller.

Below are some of the data that Smartdata mainly processes:
  • Performance of labor law agenda
  • Execution of contractual and accounting agenda towards its customers and business partners
  • Securing the Company's Activities
  • Protection of persons, property and business information
  • Marketing
Information about personal data processing:
1) The legal basis for the processing of personal data is, in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), paragraph 1 (a):
(a) the data subject (the natural person whose data is being processed) has given his consent to the processing of his personal data;
(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
(c) processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation applicable to the controller;
(d) processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or third party concerned.

2) Personal data shall not be transferred to other persons unless the obligation to transfer it to the authorities, authorities or institutions is not Smartdata, s.r.o. imposed by a special legal regulation.

3) When processing personal data at Smartdata, s.r.o. there is no automated decision-making that would result in actions or decisions involving interference with the rights or legitimate interests of citizens.

4) Personal data are processed only for the necessary time, which is individual for individual processing purposes. This period may be extended only if required by law. After this period, personal data is destroyed.

5) You have the right:
(a) require access to personal data;
b) request the correction of inaccurate personal data (if you believe that personal data processed by Smartdata, s.r.o. are inaccurate),
(c) require the deletion of personal data; require restrictions on their processing,
(d) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6) Your requirements will always be properly assessed and settled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
